Gas Safety Arrangement - £18 plus plumber cost (varies according to number of appliances)

Full Inventory Arrangement & Check In/Out – Price determined by number of bedrooms

Electrical Test Arrangement - £18 plus electrician cost (varies according to property size)
PAT Test Arrangement – if instructed separately to Electrical Test - £18 plus electrician cost (varies according to number of appliances)
Refurbishment of Property – Trade cost plus 6%
Property sourcing for Buy to Let – 1%
Locked Out Fee – attend property in office hours £60
Locked Out Fee – attend property outside office hours £120
Lost Keys - £60 plus cost of replacement locks plus Locked Out Fee
Removal/Disposal of Landlord Belongings – £30 per item plus contractor disposal costs
