There are many estate agents out there that could help you sell your home and in a fast moving property market some would say picking any of those estate agents will get you the desired result but we disagree. Selling your home is a personal and often emotional experience and we believe it needs to be handled carefully as a result. This goes against the grain in our industry, our competitors are looking to be the ultimate listing machines by hitting internal targets and high fiving each other for taking on as many as they can each week. It is imperative that we have a good relationship with our clients from the start. As early as your Valuation appointment we are already building a picture of your needs and strategising to ensure that our service is tailored to you. Do you commute? Do you have small children? Are you on strange shift patterns? These are just a few of the questions we will be looking to answer to ensure that we can plan the coming weeks effectively and efficiently with as little disturbance to your daily life as possible.

Once we get started on your sale you will receive our mobile numbers and personal emails and we will watch, listen and react to your every need as we progress with your sale. Our clients call, text and email at all hours of the day and night and we don’t mind at all: there is no such thing as a closed office at Sacha Scott.

Our photography is professional, our descriptions are personal and our efforts to portray your property in the best possible light know no bounds. We are often told by our clients that our adverts are so good that they want to by their property all over again and our Facebook page is often receiving positive comments from people that love our listings. 3. Ongoing Communication

We have a local solicitor that describes us as the most diligent estate agents he has ever come across and that is because we check, track and double check everything. We won’t leave you to your own devices when you go under offer and we won’t leave anything to chance. We follow every move of your conveyancing and roll up our sleeves where we need to. Our record includes being on site to dig up patios for completion certificate checks and racing across town to collect and deliver papers in order to finalise queries. Your problem is our problem and we won’t rest until all issues are resolved.
